Reverse Foot Blade ( 발날등 balnaldeung ) is the inside edge of the foot. The striking surface extends from the inside edge of the heel up to the base of the big toe. Strikes should channel force through a small area of the attacker's body. If done improperly, the practitioner may well break their toes or twist their ankles.
